Who hasn’t tried Djarum little cigars?

In Indonesia, Djarum little cigars are called “Kretek”.

Until 2016, Djarum little cigars could be bought in less powerful form than the infamous Gudang Garam in Germany. This has come to an end in the context of the Tobacco Products Regulation II. Flavored cigarettes are now over. However, this prohibition does not apply to cigarillos.

So Djarum Kretek filtered cigars became Djarum little cigars. However, since you can buy Djarum little cigars in our cigar shop, we take and try the flavored filtered Djarum little cigars from Indonesia that were launched in autumn 2016.

Here, the mouthpiece is sweetly dipped. You can taste it immediately when you put the cigarillo in your mouth. The typical crackling can also be heard here. The clove Djarum little cigars with the addition “Super” reveal themselves a little sweeter and more spicy after lighting. A gentle note of pepper mixes with the spices from the middle.

The Djarum little cigars production process begins with a careful selection of raw materials. The main production materials are tobacco and cloves processed during the Djarum patented production process to produce super-fine cloves. Cloves and tobacco are mixed under strict control, additional components are added to them. Then the mixture is wrapped in a wrapping sheet and packaged.

Djarum little cigars are a special kind of cigarillos, where cloves and a whole bunch of special “sauce” of shades of coffee and fruit aromas, spices and tea are added to the strength and aroma of tobacco. When you open the pack, you immediately feel the floral smell and notes of cloves.

Djarum little cigars are made in Indonesia. This cigarillo has a black color with the inscription “Black”, the filter is impregnated with a sweet base.

The taste resembles a cigarette, but has its own characteristics – the taste is very pleasant, soft to the extent exotic and unusual. A feature of Djarum little cigars is their property of excessive strength: cloves in combination with nicotine enhances sensations. It may be noted a small amount of resin formed during smoking and a light traction.
