The legendary Opus X Arturo Fuente Little Cigars
The Arturo Fuente Little Cigars brand appeared at the beginning of the 20th century, and more specifically in 1912 in the city of Tampa, located in the western part of Florida. It owes its creation to Don Arturo Fuente, a Cuban entrepreneur who in 1898, during another revolution for the liberation of the island from the Spanish yoke, moved to the west, where he opened his new factory for the production of cigars. Then, exclusively Cuban tobacco was used in Arturo Fuente cigars, which is why they were the most expensive on the American market.
Fuente was the first to decide to grow a wrapper leaf on the tobacco plantations of the Dominican Republic. Experts promised failure, as the island had an inappropriate climate and soil for this. However, contrary to their forecasts, Fuente managed to grow the silky leaf of Chateau de la Fuente, which quickly gained international recognition (before that, Dominican cigars used a wrapper leaf from Cameroon or Connecticut).
Dominican Arturo Fuente Little Cigars are made by hand from high quality tobacco leaves that have undergone long aging. Selected tobacco is grown on the Château Fuente family plantations.
The brand’s products have a wide range of aromas. In the 90s of the last century, Arturo Fuente Little Cigars with the aroma of grass or flowers and a slight admixture of spicy tones made a splash among tobacco lovers. In 1994, the Cigar Aficionado magazine awarded them the highest scores.
The legendary Opus X Arturo Fuente Little Cigars are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
